We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $350.
For all orders under $350, we charge a variable rate depending on shipping location. We ship Monday through Friday via USPS or UPS, generally within 24 - 48 hours of your order.
Orders placed with standard shipping will arrive within 5 business days after leaving our facility in Denver, CO. Carrier delays can extend this timeframe - if your order is taking longer than expected to deliver, please contact the carrier for details.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at wholesale@mywoof.com and we’ll try our best to track it down.
We accept returns of all unopened and unused products within 30 days of receiving your order and will provide a shipping label for the return.
The cost of the return label will be deducted from the total refund amount once we receive the items back to our facility and determine that they are in ‘unopened and unused’ condition.
The only product that is exempt from this policy is The Pupsicle, which comes with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee regardless if the product has been used or not.
